Durable single venner overhead hot presswoodern pallet mold machine

The hot press is used for laminating MDF/HDF to make the door skin. It worked by overlaying melamine paper or veneer on MDF/HDF with high pressure and high temperature to melt the glue. For making the beautiful design texture on the door skin surface, it should be install the door moulds between each heating platens.

This laminated door skin is used for laminated door, it is totally different from natural wooden door. Using laminate door skin can help us to save the trees as well as to bring us the beautiful doors for our house.

Application

materials of the machines : waste wood block , bamboo block , waste pallet , furniture wate,
old used furniture , or other wood waster,or other wood fiber waste
